Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times:

PMDesigns is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. However, we will do our best to assist if issues arise.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
PMDesigns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

No physical shipping is required
